Questions
What is a slot?
One person connected at a time. Anyone with your server’s address, and its password if you set one, can join until every slot is taken.
How is the price worked out?
Every server starts at £1.99 a month for its first 10 slots. After that, slots 11 to 25 add £0.10 each, and each slot from 26 up adds £0.08, so a slot costs less the bigger the server. A year is priced from the same schedule. You only pay for the size you choose.
How do monthly and yearly billing work?
You pay when you buy, then again at the start of each month or year, whichever you chose. Paying yearly saves 17% against twelve monthly payments. Either way it renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your billing page. Your server keeps running to the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change your mind before then.
Can I change the size of my server later?
Yes, from the server’s page. Add slots at any time: the change applies once it is confirmed, and the difference for the rest of the billing period is added to your next bill. If you reduce the size, you keep your current slots until the end of the billing period, and the lower size and price start then. It is the same server either way, with the same address, channels and settings.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe’s checkout. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Why are the dollar and euro amounts estimates?
Because you are charged in pounds (GBP). The dollar and euro figures are worked out from European Central Bank reference rates (those of 6 Oct 2026) to give you an idea of the cost; your bank converts at its own rate and may charge a fee. When no recent rate is available, only the price in pounds is shown.
